Frisco Flyers (Special Olympics)
Mission: "Founded in 2001, the Frisco Flyers Special Olympics delegation provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports to over 200 children and adults with intellectual disabilities. As a fully volunteer-run nonprofit, we offer our athletes—at no cost—ongoing opportunities to build physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and share their gifts, skills, and friendship with family, fellow athletes, and the community. We compete in Area 10 competitions through Special Olympics Texas."
